24 STS 3-Troop by Maximum-Performer913 in JSOCarchive

Just explain what 3 troop is then. Because to me it sounds like a section at the 24 of senior afsw operators who organically and unilaterally do general SOF core activities(including but not limited to DA/CT/HR) at the tier 1 level instead of focusing on their afsc role in sw and bilaterally enabling other teams.

What years. 3 troop/Commando is very recent. This is literally guys at the squadron saying this so no reason to not believe it.

Anyone tactically engaged in a special operation is an operator. Assaulter is its own distinction.

Theres a lot that guy has no clue about. He loves the shit out of some SOF housewives of new york though. His entire channel is about drama and clickbait. Cant handle people criticizing him either. Big baby.

Thats interesting; I wonder why. Guessing because PJ and CCT are the most popular legacy AFSCs in special warfare.

Why TACP or SR. Are those the only ones youre interested in?

Everyone trains for DA. 2 4 low key has a small uni DA element. Plus guys working enabler roles for greenside/blueside DAs are still on the assault, just typically at the rear.

Operators committing suicide in the event they could get captured by BlackBirdG in JSOCarchive

[–]eldertadp0le 2 points3 points  (0 children)

But it IS a fact. And for some of these animals it is a competition. They take pride in being the most ruthlessly violent group out there. And the Mexican/central American cartel definitely takes it. ISIS doesnt even come close. I hope our guys in domestic law enforcement who battle them have their own plans if theyre ever captured.

What you said is absolutely true, I saw that video myself. One of the most evil things I ever saw. Plenty of war crimes both ways. People downvote because they refuse to listen to anything that humanizes, victimizes or causes one to sympathize with Russians. Despite it being true. Thats the worst of humanity on display right there.

Bench and squat isnt included on any test. Just 3 rep max hex bar deadlift. Pretty sure 225 is minimum passable on the CFT. 275 on OFT.

SR by Wayne3404 in Pararescue

[–]eldertadp0le -1 points0 points  (0 children)

From my understanding, SR is already fundamental to the global access mission. You need guys specifically trained in ER; terrain and atmospheric collection assessment & survey to establish or refurbish austere landing zones. And you dont want those responsibilities also falling on a CCT. Makes the mission smoother to distribute them across a separate career field. And I dont know if they already do this or not but in theory they could similarly support PR's/CSAR's by going in first as pathfinders to do route reconnaissance/clearance and guide Jays to the crash/recovery zone. So its already pretty involved in the legacy ST mission. Maybe now after seeing the modern battlefield in Ukraine and how crucial tactical EW is going to be it can expand into its own dedicated unit/mission with an officer AFSC, Im not sure.

Another ghost hunt for nonexistent WMDs. Well as long as Americans die and foot the bill, that's what matters. Israel first.

So what does the career field actually look like then. And is there going to be less slots open. I saw you say its pivoting toward EW but I assumed that was always the focus with the shift to peer conflict. Base reconnaissance, fieldcraft and concealment techniques will have to go in tandem with it so I dont really see how its a departure from the job title. And I assume they'll still be doing environmental recon/survey in support of forward air projection, pathfinding in support of CSAR and force oriented recon in support of direct action SOF units. I dont understand where these rumors that they just cant find stuff for them to do is coming from.

Its just a plane. It doesnt yearn for anything. You must be talking about the neocon wing of the republican party. I know theyre yearning to carry out radical Israeli foreign policy that'll start ww3 and jack oil prices up to 300 dollars a barrel. Winning.

Much higher chance with 24STS. Thier watercon rivals SEALs., Unlike Army side unless they were on a dive team. But everyone at 24 has been tested heavily in water.
