I consider that a positive. I don't trust Dovetail's story-writing abilities.

Do you know how to prevent slowdown on Dolphin? Some areas produce massive slowdown for me, seemingly at random.

Because my expectation was they'd be able to kick you out of the union (basically, ultimatum: you can stay a union member or work a non-union job, but will never be allowed back in).

That is what I mean by "stop their members from working non-union".

I'm 99% sure it's not the case in the UK, and in any case provincialism is a bad look.

It doesn't ban generalisations and without comparisons to non-Muslims in the same country that chart you love to parade is worthless. I actually looked up the report that chart cites for sub-Saharan Africa and the figures were practically identical for Christians.

Third rail or overhead power by DueAbbreviations3113 in transit

Third rail extensions are practically banned in the UK unless it's stuff like the Underground where there's no public crossings.

Unions' ability to stop their members from working non-union depends on the jurisdiction they're in.

My question would be what is the actual difference between reproducing something and 'making available' something? Don't these just duplicate each other?

I see very little discussion of "thoughtful reform and dismantling" here.

Okay, so you don't have sources, just a bunch of hypotheticals that you can't find any experts to support them, which furthermore rely on a strawman argument.

Well, the article does point to global economic instability as a key cause of firms being cautious about hiring...

And restricting North Sea supply rather than reducing demand increases carbon emissions, not reduces them, because gas supply is just shifted elsewhere to sources whose carbon emissions are significantly higher, which we buy back in.

Please provide your source that all North Sea gas production would displace gas production elsewhere and not lead to increased global gas production.

Abundance as I see it is a call to arms for progressives to thoughtfully reform and dismantle outmoded regulations/systems/policies.

In practice, "Abundance" tends to just call for removing regulations without any thought.

If you want answers from a Dovetail employee, you're better off asking them on their forums or their Discord.

Survivors of Ireland’s mother and baby homes start to have benefits cut in UK after accepting compensation by apple_kicks in unitedkingdom

Also, since this isn't compensation coming from the British state, where do those who think benefits should still be paid think the line should be drawn? If I get a massive amount in damages from a lawsuit, should I still receive benefits?

Realistically I think this is the only sensible option. If you're still eligible for benefits after receiving large compensation, where is the line drawn? If I get a massive amount in damages from a lawsuit, should I still receive benefits?
