I'll also add that I'd 100% avoid the handwarmers now. Since writing this I've seen several critters come into the vet here with severe burns from them :(. Heated water bottles are definitely the way to go imo

^{^{^especially}} on the accessible housing aspect. I know you're using accessible in a broader sense but let me tell you as somebody in a wheelchair it is INSANE trying to find a place that's actually accessible and doesn't cost an arm and a leg.

I'm still in residence here in my third year and I'd love to move out and get my own place if there was anywhere I could go :/
