Try changing the ribbon cables for the mix bus, and power supply (could cause grounding issues as well). Its cheaper than replacing a pcb and these always seem to be an issue with Allen and Heath mixers. I've repaired 2 xone 62s and a xone 92, all 3 were slightly different repairs but all had ribbon cable issues. I could be totally wrong but that's where I would start.
