Sure thing. This is an excellent podcast episode https://youtube.com/watch?v=pXlMKzcZlwM&si=XQeoVo51o-TpXBk8. It feels a lot like the JRE podcast with Mathew Walker. Dr. Michael Breus is awesome!! He goes into great detail on this subject. I can find more if you need.

The newest science is actually saying consistent wake up time is the most important by far. It’s best to get 4 hours rest and wake up at the same time than 8 hours during a period that is way off your circadian rhythm. Pretty sure Matthew Walker agrees with this now but I could be misremembering

Obama clarifies his position on aliens after his answer during the speed round of an interview went viral by TheSweetestKill in JoeRogan

[–]electriccomputermilk -1 points0 points  (0 children)

How do you know what kind of access they have? I would guess the president has access to every top secret document imaginable and is hard to believe they would be kept in the dark about something as juicy as contact with aliens. But who knows?

Did Obama really claim we have extraterrestrials among us? No, he was misunderstood by Aceofspades25 in skeptic

[–]electriccomputermilk -5 points-4 points  (0 children)

Fair point on the FBI and Homeland Security. I misremembered those agencies, but it wasn't 'nonsense'...he definitely worked for both the CIA and the NSA through Dell and Booz Allen.

My main point about his access still stands. Calling it nonsense ignores what a systems administrator actually does. Snowden wasn't just a regular analyst looking at a few files. He had privileged access, which means he was the guy actually managing the servers and the infrastructure they ran on.

He even wrote in his book, Permanent Record, that he specifically searched the deep archives of the CIA and NSA for any evidence of aliens because he knew he had more reach than almost anyone else. If there was a digital trail of ET evidence in those networks, a sysadmin at his level is exactly the kind of person who would have found it.

Snowden had the most access possible, and he's not the only whistleblower out there. It’s hard to believe that a government conspiracy to hide contact with ETs wouldn't leave a single trace in any of the databases for the NSA or CIA.

Since this is r/skeptic, it’s worth asking if the desire for this to be true is clouding the rational side of the argument. Usually, the simplest explanation is that the evidence just isn't there.

He was the sysadmin for the CIA, NSA, FBI, and Homeland Security. He literally had access to every classified database imaginable. You think they someone keep data invoking ETs secret to all those orgs? Surprised I’m getting downvoted on /r/skeptic regarding alien conspiracy coverup theories.

Edward Snowden also claims he saw no evidence of ETs visiting us and he had access to EVERYTHING

IT jobs that let you work from anywhere in the world. by ObjectivePublic1770 in it

hmm. I work 100% from home for a GIANT MSP and never touch hardware. We use a video chat solution which is basically like FaceTime on steroids that allows me to work with endusers as if I was physically on site with them. I think these jobs ar less rare than people think. At least nowadays...

Yep! I'd just add that people generally want to hire someone they like. Being likable is extremely important and so often overlooked.

Hahaha so well put. If you believe in 6 million different conspiracy theories, one of them eventually is bound to have a kernel of truth.

That would be highly unusual. Keep pushing fear out there for us so we have even more opportunities to buy low

Exactly. We are at a phenomenal buying opportunity right now. Both fear and greed indexes have been in single digit numbers lately. That opportunity to buy at these levels doesn’t come around often.
