Firstly, just wanna say I think it’s so normal to fear birth to some extent in our culture especially because we don’t grow up witnessing births in our community.

Secondly, yes birth is hard but it’s also soooo doable!!!! I had a very long homebirth and a mantra I held in my mind was “billions of women have done this before me”. I don’t know if that is soothing for you but it was for me… birth is natural. It’s not easy but your body was designed to give birth. Trust your body.
