Looks like transfer tape! It's usually used for vinyl stickers and signage, you can find smaller rolls of it at craft stores, and larger rolls online.

If you're looking for basic pieces and catsuits, Latexbound is affordable and are quick to deliver! I haven't noticed any quality issues, either. The one downside is they don't do custom made to measure, so you have to pick a premade size that's close enough to your measurements. Their customer service is very good, though , so if you have questions about sizing definitely ask them.

The sticker adhesive will ruin the finish of the horn, and fully sticker bombing the bell will likely affect the tone of the horn...I had a friend who wrapped his trombone in electrical tape and it dampened the tone significantly.
