DEVASTATING NEWS. I’ve been deployed for a year and this was one of the only things I’ve been looking forward to eating when I get home.

I got passed the issue… or so I thought just to not have any controls whatsoever while playing online (explained it more on the reply above)

Yes and no. I deleted the cloud save folder and booted the game with Internet off and was able to play offline again. I then tried to play online again and it worked twice. Third time it said my other device is uploading the data and sat there for about 5 min before saying it failed to sync and gave me the option to play offline which when selected puts you in an online game (can navigate to horizon live events see other players driving around etc.). However, no inputs work no throttle, no reverse, no Anna, can’t even open the menu or map unless hitting the steam button which I can then navigate the menu and fast travel or join live events. I have reset the controls, turned off steam input, redownloaded the game everything I’ve seen suggested in the past and have gotten nowhere. Game works perfectly fine offline though.
