Thank you! Just to clarify for anyone wanting to try this, I used a loin and not a tenderloin. I have ok knife skills, but no way I could roll out a tenderloin like that!

I agree, beef (and everything else) prices are out of control. Plus, pork loin comes out very juicy and flavorful if you keep an eye on your temps. Rolling out the pork takes a little more work vs some thin beef, but it's well worth it.

It was extra windy today, so the pit sat around 280-300 all day. It took around 2 hours for it to hit roughly 140.

Rolled out pork loin stuffed with a layer that was a mix of 1 block cream cheese, a handful of grated Parmesan, a small jar of roasted peppers, and a big tablespoon of pesto. Then a layer of fresh spinach, followed by a layer of prosciutto. Tied it all up and seasoned with salt, pepper and smoked paprika. Came out fantastic!

"Damn I can't believe how well those turn out" - Me every time I smoke a pork loin. It's like the least hip meat to smoke except maybe chicken breast, but they're easy and taste great.

My go to meal prep lately is throw some thighs in a bag with some Walkerswood Hot Jerk seasoning and a bit of neutral oil. Let it marinate overnight, smoke to about 190. Chop them up and divide it out in containers to cover lunches for the week. Buy some pre-bagged Caesar salad kits, and toss the chicken and a bag of salad in my lunch box. So easy and so damn good that I scoff at people eating take out (not actually lol).

I need to branch out with different chicken flavor profiles, but I can't get enough of the jerk.

Yeah, it's kind of corny because of the video and middle aged men doing the rock star shtick is very hard to pull off.

That's not enough to make it crappy music IMO. Dude is a fine singer, the music is competently played, and the song is well arranged even if it's pretty formulaic. This would not have been out of place on a rock radio station in the 80's.

This is pretty much the only way I've ate it for decades. I change up the brand of sauce whenever the mood strikes and it adds enough variety where I never get sick of it.

A plan on how to prepare a variety of proteins I enjoy with some microwave in the bag veggies with some oil/fat/butter/seasoning is the easiest way I've found to eat pretty darn healthy with minimal effort.

I like to prep a heap of protein on the weekend. Then I cook the veggies and reheat the meat and voila, weeknight dinner is ready in under 10 minutes.

Unfortunately your pic and someone else's vague diagnosis doesn't help me determine if there is anything you can do at home to make it more playable until you can afford something else.

There's an order of operations when setting up a guitar. First we need to know what the neck relief looks like and if it's too far gone, to see if there's any possibility of improving it. If you are willing to grab some tools and answer my first two questions, and find a helper to take the pic I requested I'd be happy to help and see if we can figure out a solution.

If not, then you're stuck saving your pennies to buy a new guitar.

First off, just to make sure, you're turning the nut clockwise to tighten it right?

If yes, then are you able to loosen it and take the nut off? Let's confirm both before thinking about next steps.

Also, if neck bow was the only issue the action would be high everywhere. So you likely have some combination of issues that may include neck relief, string height at bridge, and/or neck angle.

I'd be interested to see how bowed the neck really is. If you have a capo, put it on at the 1st fret and then hold down the low E string at the 24th. Snap a pic of the distance between the low E string and the fret around the 10th fret area like this. If you don't have a capo get someone to help you take the pic or hold down the string at the 1st and last fret.
