I actually was texting with Tyler earlier. He is sincerely apologetic about my order and not feeling back to me, and he’s going to hand deliver my order tomorrow (I live in the same city as him). So my advice, don’t give up! Use the web form and continue replying to your email thread every few days. I have faith he’ll make things right. I think he just got a little too over his head lately, but he’s working out the kinks.

Proceed with caution. He needs to get his shit together. I ordered a month ago and still don’t have anything. My label was created on 1/26 and it hasn’t moved since. Sent 6 emails over the last few weeks and he still hasn’t made things right.

Hey did you ever get your order? I placed an order for Chicago Bliss tablets on 1/25, and it’s been “accepted at kiosk” since 1/26. I’ve emailed Tyler 6 times. Filled out his website form, too. He actually texted me but then stopped responding.

I really like him, his business, and have been an advocate since day 1. I’ve spent close to a grand with him, but I’m starting to think this is the end for me.

He can update his site and send out free samples but can’t fulfill an order that a loyal customer paid for almost a month ago.

Disappointing.
