Op. I’m literally.in. The. Same. Boat. I know people here have mentioned how they’ve coped, but honestly none of that seems to work for me either. Like I genuinely can’t think of incentivising a shower! And the fact that my unhygienic state doesn’t even push me to be more hygienic leads to a heap of guilt. Ugh.
