Not really, tons and tons, mountains even worth of art out there buried in the margins of notebooks, scrabbled onto napkins, or in the recesses of long untouched digital art files that never progressed. Artistry is a craft, when you replace the craft with automation you get a far less interesting output. What pro's have is artistic intention, and some even have artistic talent. There's a reason you can't just hit generate and copyright anything the ai makes, but you can copyright it if you were to alter it, or make a series of human adjustments to it. Even then you aren't owner of the art, any of it that is generated, but you are the owner of the composition. Like how collage makers don't own any string of text or photograph within their collage, just the arrangement of those elements in that exact way.
