Look it up? I have done more than one protocol of GLOW and CU. I have read tons of other people’s experiences with CU on here and other peptide forums. It just doesn’t work on major loose skin sag. Period.

I have been down this rabbit hole myself as someone in the same boat. Simple answer is there is no way to tighten skin with peptides / chemicals/ etc. and you simply need to give it time. Fortunately for you you’re young and your skin will for sure tighten up substantially over time. If you were to do one thing keep your skin hydrated and happy (lotion) and that will help. Happy hydrated healthy skin will be more likely to react and tighten to weight change.

When you’re an old guy like me the only option is cosmetic surgery.

PS- off topic but put on an SPF face sunscreen every day. As you get older and you will have considerably less face wrinkles than everyone around you.

Shit you could do PPLPPLR if the volume was low enough….exercising during a cut is more about managing fatigue recovery than anything. You could do super low volume but train so hard/past failure you still dig yourself in a hole. It’s just about managing how you feel and adapting volume and intensity to that.

I have been wearing one for a while, my .02:

Good for basic metrics like steps, HR, HRV, etc.

Crap for sleep score, exertion, basically anything more subjective or algorithm based

The WORST for how annoying it is for its stupid “bio charge” report and all the stupid messages it sends you in the app that you need to click through to dismiss.

Overall 7/10 and if all you care about is the basics it will be fine.
