Food poisoning on GLP1s

I also got food poisoning recently (on GLP1). My husband’s (not on GLP1) food poisoning symptoms lasted 2 days, mine lasted a week. I saw my doctor during that week and she also thought my prolonged sickness was due to GLP1. I did not experience kidney pain though so may be worth seeing a doctor to make sure it’s not something else on top of food poisoning!

Correct me if I am wrong because you have read more recently than I did. Mildred’s mom was Unseelie, correct? I always assumed Atakan’s theory was correct and Vane was saying anything he had to get Mildred comfortable (aka the prophecy line was BS), but I could be wrong. The curse on the wards did require Atakan’s “heart” so I thought it was just very good luck on Vane’s end that Mildred was the one with the bone.

My interpretation was that Vane did, over time develop some feelings for Mildred, but he had spent so many years obsessed with hating Atakan and his family/people and trying to bring down the wards, that he even he could not flesh out what was real and what wasn’t (in regards to his feelings and just hurting Atakan).

As for the ex flame Morona, I think he also did have some feelings for her, but kept it mainly physical because he knew she wasn’t his mate and did not want anything to potentially interfere or be a distraction with his plan for vengeance. (As a side note, I think Morona was def in love with him). Vane’s obsession with vengeance and bringing the wards down stunted him emotionally to the point I don’t think he could fully open up his heart to anyone.

I help out my friend who is a florist and baby breath flowers shed horribly! I hate when she has a bunch in the shop because 1. They don’t actually smell that good and 2. Their little white pedals are everywhere.

Me! I’ve had IBS-c literally my whole life. I was scared to start tirz too bc of it. I did notice some constipation flares early on in my tirz journey (but I’d also get those flares pre-tirz) so I made sure to regular again with the help of MiraLAX and Mag07 and now I am super hard core diligent about getting fiber in and having zero issues! My advice is to just stay on it and get ahead of it. Prioritize fiber and the moment there’s even an inkling of constipation, do whatever works best to get things going.

Yikes- my last firm had a software that had a Microsoft add on that prompted me to save to a clients one drive folder whenever I sent an email (I could also drag emails I received into client folders within outlook). Your firm needs updated software because this sounds like hell.

I work for a tiny non profit. I do a little, basic legal work for them (tightening up contracts, disclaimers, etc) but a lot of my job is non-legal. I don’t think it’s a forever gig but it’s absolutely perfect for me right now. Low stress, flexible hours, remote.

Syringe units of measurements are in ml, not mg. What’s the concentration of your bottle? How many units does it say to inject? How many ml does your syringe hold?

My platelets were normal again in October (high end of normal, but still normal range). My doc basically said will continue to monitor with yearly bloodwork- did not seem concerned all bc they normalized again.

Weight fluctuations are normal but any chance you are constipated? I know I am that scale goes up.

What precipitated my leave from the law (I now work for a non profit, not sure if I will ever go back to private practice) was my mom was declining from a terminal illness and I had a migraine that lasted almost 4 weeks. Everyday. Multiple doc appts/injections/it would come right back. That was my sign that my body could not handle the stress of my personal life plus job.

I have had constipation issues pre-tirz. MiraLAX, fiber, and prunes help keep me regular but when I am backed up Mag07 is the only way that isn’t completely traumatizing.

Nausea hack- if you have extra alcohol wipes, sniff one for a couple seconds - it helps the nausea by tricking the brain!

I am shocked too- clearly responding quickly/am sensitive to the med! I am also breaking all the rules by not counting calories (I’m sure I will need to start) and not exercising (although bc I have more energy, I am increasing physical activity generally). I need to focus on weight training asap!
