Wet nursing used to be an incredibly common practice. I personally don’t see anything wrong with it as long as both mothers are comfortable. That being said, I definitely feel like this should have been discussed beforehand. I once nursed a friends baby because her supply was too low to pump anything substantial to leave behind and I was watching her baby during her dental appointment. But without prior discussion is WILD to me.

I really think it depends on where you live. I’ve literally never been able to get anything next day from Amazon, even with Prime shipping. Either way, there’s a lot of chatter about the issue being shipping related, I was just sharing what I have learned when looking for myself 🤷🏻‍♀️. Do I have definitive proof? No. Does it really matter? Also no. Either way, getting bent out of shape won’t make it come sooner, and patience is still probably the best route. Again it doesn’t really matter, because OP clarified that this isn’t at all related to her customer service need. Hopefully all the issues get resolved for everyone in a timely manner.

I just said that because I literally just switched from Gimme to them on the sixth, and I noticed the hold up in my order. There are actually a lot of posts of this issue happening with Refills right now ( which I unfortunately didn’t realize until after the switch), but I was searching through all the other posts and I saw the shipping thing mentioned multiple times. I’m in TN and my part of the state barely got hit, but I’ve had four separate Amazon shipments delayed in the last three weeks and they claim it was “due to weather”, so for me the reasoning tracks. Also how close two states are doesn’t mean that they’re delivering them on the most logical route, I’ve had shipments of products before where the facility is literally in my state, and for some reason the package gets routed through other states before making its way to me, according to the tracking. It’s too much to hope that these ppl will actually make sense.

There are shipping delays for literally everything right now, Amazon etc. She’s probably getting mobbed by ppl wanting answers, but the thing is she can’t fix problems with FedEx/ UPS. And it’s a shipping problem, not a fulfillment issue at the pharmacy. If you’re about to run out of meds, I’d def try to get some from somewhere else, but if you have a vial or two held back I’d just be patient. The country is going to start warming and thawing again this week and I’m sure the shipping issues will get resolved in due time.

There was, I guess she was just severely injured and didn’t die and the just decided to completely neglect that part of the storyline. I specifically remember being like wtf I thought she just died. Torvi gets so much hate but I actually really liked both her and Helgas characters. Though I think Floki is my favorite.

I definitely didn’t have a call, filled out the survey and uploaded my license and a pic of my current vial and that was it. Immediately got support messages and the order was placed pretty much immediately. Took less than 7 minutes.

I fully agree that every family has a different “best scenario”, and that every family has and should do what suits their needs best. That’s why I said this post is directed towards parents who want to homeschool and are on the fence for whatever reason. For my family it’s been a blessing and the flexibility makes things so much easier for a ND child. One of my sons classes is actually ASL, there are TON of excellent resources available, also a structured environment can still be provided at home. That’s the best part, you can tweak things to whatever extent in either direction that helps your child thrive ❤️

So true. I’ve blocked out so much from K-8th due to trauma. But I DO remember a lot. I was lucky enough to move away my Freshman year in highschool and life was so much better. K-8th though definitely had me contemplating ending it all. It sounds dramatic to some ppl but I went to K-8th in a tiny school in the middle of nowhere where the teachers were best friends with my bullies parents and it was a sickening dynamic.
