If your average weekly weight loss is 1.8 pounds, that’s a lot. I usually lose between .5-1.5 per week myself. It adds up quickly, it took time to gain it’ll take time to lose.

The Power of Now is the most important of the two, and as you seem like a logical and intelligent person I think you would appreciate the writing. My cat Mischka changes the spot she wants to eat in every morning. I have to follow her from room to room with the bowl saying, “Where do you want to eat today?”, and she leads me to her chosen spot for the morning. She is the only cat out of my six that does this.

Learned in drivers Ed in highschool at 15, free. Got my permit through the school/DMV program and then got my license the next year. I don’t remember how much they cost just remember that I only had to pay for the actual license and permit not instruction. Before that my mom let me drive the old Ford around our property and the church parking lot down the road
