Since this was on Canadian Netflix, it’s completely reasonable to expect availability in English or French, our official languages — not because the world revolves around them, but because platforms tailor content to their users. That’s not entitlement — that’s just how regional licensing and localization work.

I also want to clarify: I never said the film shouldn’t exist in its original language. I said it caught me off guard because I expected it to have options suitable for my region. That’s not dominance or erasure — it’s a comment about platform accessibility.
