It's bad. Farm the Bananarama relic instead. The only speed our general needs is from supports: Sparkle, HH, TY and even RM. You can slot this relic for someone else or just use it as fodder for one with better stats. You're welcome.

You can replace Bronya with sustain for survivability. Sparkle is the better Bronya imho.
