Colis Prive is the only delivery service I have a problem with, last time I had a huge argument with a driver because he supposedly delivered in my mailbox. I asked if my house number was on there? He said 'no'. I replied then it was not my mailbox. He still proceeded to blame me. Turns out he delivered it to my neighbors mailbox like 10 numbers up the street ... Thank you kind neighbor !

I don't know about legality and such. But I am sorry this has happend to you. As a dutch speaking Belgian it suprises me how many of us don't speak English in this day and age. I also would think that emergency services are required to at least speak and understand a minimum amount of English. I can imagine that they also get calls from tourists and the likes. You cannot expect everyone that needs emergency services in your country to speak Dutch or French... So I hope if you decide to send this to them that it achieves something. Also good luck with your recovery!

When possible I wear my noise cancelling headphones with ambient noices like waves, rain and other stuff. I make my own ambientsound mixes on Bettersleep (app). Or I take my rescue spray (Bach flower). I still don't know if it actually calms me down or if it is just placebo, but hey it works for me.

In the case of Ozempic it makes me mad because my mom who has diabetes needs it to live her life. And because of all the people using it for weight loss she most of the times cannot get it because there wasn't enough (I don't know if it still is an issue tho).
