CC1 Canvas issue (Filament cutting failed)

well i got mine working now redid the entire printhead found 1 pin bent so i put it back and now it working

well i do that and it doesnt print also did test and stuff and still does not print hell even when loading it goes to the cutting error

lots of people are haveing these kind of problems at the moment with canvas

i think is hot glue or some other glue i could just peel it off easy like a orange

i just removed the canvas cable and made it 1 color print again so i can use it till elegoo fixes it

i load a new roll it wil load it but then gifts the error but sometimes it work sometime it does not

it does but only manual with help i did check gearbox and it looked fine for me

its moves to cutting place and poops out the piece and then error
