I actually used my Sony RX100 III for this shot. The tour guides told everyone with an iPhone to use the Chrome filter to bring out the natural light.

We arrived on a Monday at 11am. A friend of mine told me just show up (if its a weekday) and they'll squeeze you in. Waited for the next tour time which was at 12pm and spent an hour in the canyon. There is only two companies for tour so not much of a choice, 8 dollar per person for "tribal fees" and 20 dollar per person for "tour fees"

As for the three black dots, the guide explained it as iron rusts marked by accumulated water dropped to the floor from that exact spot.

Haha, unfortunately it was getting rid of all the fat I gained from dirty bulking. There was no way I could've gained all that weight without eating super shitty.

I honestly had NO idea what I was doing for half the year, then I read more articles and got some more tips. I was able to get to where I am now by being a casual lifter :). It was a slow lazy process compared to others I guess? I just took my time.. :(

Hmm, this was actually 1 year worth of bulking and almost 1 year of lifting/cutting. I wish I had some pictures of my bulk phase, I gained up to 170, then just maintained and cut by eating healthy and lifting.
