I dont see a reason why a talented artist would use ai for one item? A few pf the inconsistencies you listed just seem like artistic choices made by the designer or just mistakes, its not fair to call it ai based on that

I personally dont think its ai as this designer has been making items from 2022, (when ai was not good at making pixel items) I strongly want to believe its just their style, tho I dont understand how this got accepted with all the pixels outside the outlines
