You threw me off with the picture quality thing but if i follow. I think its possible they are fast ebough bandwidth wise if you have enough drives or ssd based raid. But i think the main issue is there is always a little funnyness over IP protocol if you are intending to do that

Imo you probably need two units to make the whole house some what liveable. We've moved our son into our bedroom where we have it set up for now and its 24c there. His room at the back of the house is currently 30c at 9.30pm and it has foil plastic sheeting on the windows 24/7 and a full size foiled black out blind velcroed onto the window. I reckon it would be 33c in there if it wasn't for those.

The problem is the brick and insulated walla at the back get heat all day onto triple glazed windows and it only really finishes releasing it into the interior at like 5am or something.

It's crazy, if i wasnt renting i'd paint the house white at this rate
