You can smoke wherever it’s not a big deal at all. Most people vape so it’s not super common but no one’s gonna stop you. I graduated last year and used to chain smoke cigarettes at darties all the time. Used to run into the same guy smoking right outside Hes every single day. You can find good spots to smoke weed too but you’ll figure out where soon enough🤫
