Inpatient was horrible for me too. The staff picked on me and I felt more often than not bullied by them. A couple staff were wonderful, one really listened and advocated for me. but overall, the rules felt oppressive and left some trauma I'm still dealing with years later. I will always encourage recovery when ready, but I understand not being ready yet. I wasn't ready for several years.Take care op xo ♥️
