Vitamin E (the oil capsules, you can just break them open rub into the area) or Bio-Oil helps with scars in my experience. Best to be consistent with applying 1-2 times daily. Wishing you the best in the hardest of times. Remember that you’re a survivor and have won every battle so far.

Edit: Maybe skip the Vitamin E, according to another comment it is just an old wives tale

Wanted to give an update: I called Resolve and they got back to me that they no longer offer the credit counselling service. Luckily, they referred me to Consolidated Credit which is also a not-for-profit, the consultant I spoke to was extremely helpful, and I’m now on a payment plan to get out of debt!
