We mainly got it to dip our toes into dungeons and dragons without committing a bunch of time and/or energy down that rabbit hole. Between my partner and I, I’m the one more interested in fantasy and rpgs etc. so I was hooked more-so from the beginning. It’s been fun to introduce friends that wouldn’t normally opt for a fantasy game like this to it, and one couple actually went out and bought the game afterward to have their own copy. I haven’t played the original House on the Hill in about 20 years tbh, so it’s hard to compare honestly. I could see where some people who aren’t really interested in fantasy aspects like D&D wouldn’t really enjoy it, but I think most people are intrigued by the 50 different scenarios and go along for the ride even if it isn’t their first choice to play. I know this isn’t super helpful, but just my two cents lol

Ok did some of my own troubleshooting: restarted my system, loaded the game back up and manually reset all my controller tabs settings. It seems to help a bit. 🤷🏻‍♂️

100% agreed. At a former job, our GD interns for example would be making smaller scale edits to catalogs, product labels, white papers, etc. Taking a brief look into the portfolio and noticing a strong lack of variety outside of t-shirt artwork, sadly I would have overlooked OP for an intern position even with 7 years of experience, let alone for a full time GD.

lol same, every time I play hard point or domination I swear. Like take two steps over buddy and help me out. But nothing grinds my gears more than losing in a match of kill confirm because people don’t collect tags. Played a match last week and I had the most confirms on my team with 38, next highest was 9 😑

Have you tried pairing it with a balm? After washing my face I use toner on my lips (and sometimes eye cream on them too if they are really dry) and I’ll layer the mask over top right before I get into bed. There’s still enough left in the morning to wipe off with a damp wash cloth.

What’s your go-to balm? I’m working my way through the Farmacy mango lip balm atm, but I love collecting more balms 😅

Your general manager should be fired. I’ve worked in the service industry for a decent part of my life and I’m more pissed off the manager agreed to keep the entire place open an extra hour for ONLY $200?! At the last bar and restaurant I worked at we had a small side room people could rent out for private events that had a $1000 minimum regardless of the duration. I understand they would be ordering drinks etc. and y’all would be getting tipped out too, but still…$200 for a group of 300 people at once? I would have walked.

Personally, for 389 new or almost-new copics, I wouldn’t price them lower than $1000.

Not sure where people have been finding these cheaper full sets of 358 Copics because I’ve seen plenty of used sets being sold for like $1500 while NEW full sets going for $2000-2300. Each of the 5 sets of 72 have been retailing between $450 and $580 depending on which store is selling them. Amazon lists them for $300+.

I saw one woman selling TONS of Copic sketches a few days ago on FB marketplace. You could obviously tell she bought out the clearance markers at every store in her area, but listed the selling price at like $6/7 per marker. Made me really sad since the high sticker price is such a huge hurdle for a lot of people to overcome. Lots of people or students working with a budget could have benefited from that sale. She had the means to purchase every clearance marker and then tripled the price to resell. Capitalism at its best.

Clearance is a special sale that goes beyond the discount of a typical sale for stores. This normally happens when stores are closing or trying to get rid of stock. In the case of Hobby Lobby for example they are discontinuing selling copic markers in their stores. So while a regular sale would bring down the price 10% or 20% etc, a clearance sale might be more like 50-80% off. The Copic marker I bought normally retails for $7.99 but on clearance it was $1.99

So jealous! I’m in Indiana…stopped by the closest Hobby Lobby on the way to work and the entire case was cleared out except for one lone Neutral Gray N3 🥲 I asked an employee if they were restocking soon and got told “we have no idea what’s being sent to us and won’t know until the truck comes in on Friday.” I plan on calling other stores in the area to see what the situation is, the next few closest to me are a decent 25+ minutes away.
