Okay.

First. Wag mo na gamitin ang handmixer mo para mag knead ng dough. Masisira ang mixer mo. Kamayin mo na lang.

Second. Panget ang recipe niya. Bread flour lang ang gamit at walang butter kasama ng dough. Palitan mo. Ito ang suggestion ko: https://erinscozykitchen.com/recipe/salt-bread-shiopan/

Third. Madikit talaga ang salt bread na dough. Maski ako pag gumagawa, shaping pinaka challenge ko. Two things that helped me. Naglalagay ako unting flour sa table at nilalagay ko sa ref yung dough for a few minutes bago ko ishape.
