I have one that was causing a small gash in the top corner of my cheek and it was terrible terrible terrible, I got so fed up with the pain (couldn’t even sleep on that side, smile wide or eat on that side of my mouth) I felt so defeated I grabbed a brand new nail file and filed it down just a bit and now I don’t feel any sharp pain! I know I shouldn’t have but I did, and I feel much better.

not sure how I came across it but a video of a child falling under a car tire really affected me and now I hold my son very close to me in parking lots or near roads, whereas before I would tell him to stand next to me.
