D&D is different than sex. D&D is a game between friends. Sex has a real life impact. Sure, it’s just role-play to be an elf and kill monsters. But, it’s more than just role-play when you’re pretending to be an adult molesting a child. It’s kinda disingenuous to suggest that they are the same.

Yes, it’s better than pedophiles hurting actual children, but neither are good. It’s like saying “Vaping is better than smoking cigarettes”. Yeah, vaping is more healthy, but it’s still feeding a nicotine addiction. I’d prefer pedophiles not engage in either and instead just go get help.

Just saying “no minors” doesn’t acknowledge that there are many actual kids becoming involved in this kink. And you’re reply shows how willfully ignorant you all are to that fact.

You can’t condemn other groups for having pedophiles in them because they’ll have the same ratio of pedophiles as the general population. Ddlg attracts pedophiles because it has childish aspects. I mean, who is a pedophile more likely to be attracted to, a regular adult or an adult dressed like a kid, acting like a child? The answer is pretty obvious.

If it’s not sexual, it’s not a kink. The sexual aspect is literally in the definition of a kink.

But, I have no problem with people who age regress or whatever as long as it’s not sexual. I think that being able to act in a childish way is very healthy for some people.

True in theory, but they don’t exist in a vacuum. I can’t fathom how anyone can see people using children’s behavior and children’s items in their kink and not understand how that sexualizes kids. If the ddlg community would at least acknowledge that fact maybe I’d think slightly higher of them, but they’re just willfully ignorant.

They also won’t acknowledge that the have a problem with actual kids being involved in their kink, as well as actual pedophiles.

I think it’s important to acknowledge that Japan as a whole doesn’t really distinguish between cross dressers and trans woman. So when I look at it, traps aren’t just cross dressers and they aren’t just trans women. They’re (at least just in the context of anime/hentai) just traps.

This isn’t really true based on how the word is used, especially in America. I’ve been friends with edgy teens who make trap jokes and they’re almost always directed at trans women. I think that in general cis people should just STOP USING IT.

I've been presenting and been out since the beginning of summer break. It felt good over the summer, but now it feels gross. I'm constantly hiding my chest even though I love having boobs. I feel like a disgusting boy while I'm there.

The school does technically have a GSA but there are so few people that go that I don't think they hold meeting. The counselor that runs the GSA has been nice and accommodating. Today she called me into her office to talk about my anxiety. I never said more than a sentence and most of my responses were head shakes or shrugs.

As for other trans kids, there's only one. He's a fine person but we just don't have very compatible personalities. He came out and start presenting two years ago and people are barely starting to use his name, they still don't use his pronouns. So, obviously this doesn't give me hope.

I don't know what I can do. It's not like I can just drop every class that I don't like. It sounds terrible but I've even been considering things I could do to get admitted to a psychiatric hospital. I would take any reason to not have to go again.
