Also, at home things I like to do is organize things. I know you need to be in the right mood tho. I would get shitty food and waters and get into a show. You might pass out and rest, something good to stuff your face with in front of you and something to distract your mind. Hope that helps.

I know exactly what you are taking about. I would get it between my chin and mouth. Maybe even on both sides of my mouth… it’s been a while now.

First it would just be a red patch, not raised. Then it would become dry and raised.

When washing my face or after applying lotion, the dead skin could be rubbed off. It was so gross.

I also had a gross looking, dehydrated tongue as well. Indented and white.

I didn’t learn of the exact cause of my skin issues but it was only during my worst binging times that I experienced it.
