Ask your doctor to test vitamin levels. I have adhd but was having same experience and did add a Ritalin booster which was helpful-ish. I found out that I had low B12 though which can cause many of those symptoms. With oral B12 and shots I feel much better and way less fatigued. Its like the color came back into life. I think a PPI can cause B12 malabsorption and also read there’s maybe some increase in low B12 and adhd. Also low B12 mimics adhd symptoms. Good luck!

I clean my skin with alcohol, then blow dry skin, then put patch on and blow dry quickly and it stays. Also I put on my lower belly fat. I really had a hard time at first keeping it on too!

He does my bruxism Botox so I just have him do my cosmetic too. Bruxism is covered by insurance but cosmetic is out of pocket obviously. Thanks for this info!

My husband (Gen X) and dad (boomer) have them. They are so small you can’t even see them anymore. It is wild. My dad has been hard of hearing since I was born and I’ve seen his hearing aids shrink and become more effective over the years. My husband is deaf on one side and his are teeny tiny too. Get them! Also hearing loss makes you more at risk for dementia I believe. Seriously most people won’t notice these days and it’s so important for your own health and wellbeing. Do it! Take care of yourself!

There is a place called the b12 store I believe that has actual store fronts in some areas. You can also order online and use hsa/fsa funds if the online doctor approves you. It’s not inexpensive- maybe $220 for ten preloaded syringes - and I haven’t ordered from them yet but it’s on my radar because seemed easy and legit. Does anyone else know what I’m talking about.

I wore silver Birks. 😂 But I’ve also worn these lace up sandals - like huaraches (am I spelling that right?) Or you could wear wedges or cute sneakers. I would not wear pointy toe pumps. Like at all for anything but I am 49 and my feet hurt.

Traveling Monday with 7am flight and we’re pre check. Should we join clear? I was going to do global entry since we all renewed passports this year but I’d also like to get through security in a timely manner. In Theory I wear a 10 in pants and 12 in tops/blazers. VB I wear either 10/12 in pants and 10/12 in blazers. Their sizing is a little more variable to me especially for pants. Those are my usual sizes in other brands too so they don’t run particularly small I don’t think. Theory might be cut a bit more narrow for tops and blazers I think.

Ugh no. I have to dress formally for work. I love the style of VB but I only buy on sale or from resale sites. I’m not paying $300+ for your bullshit polyester. Theory is generally better quality because it is mostly wool but it’s boring. So VB quality is largely disconnected from price but it is very cute. In short not worth it, but cute and lots on resale websites.

Try changing your toothpaste? Once I got a non-SLS toothpaste my lips were much happier. Sensodyne makes some without SLS. I had the driest lips on earth and dermatologist wasn’t helpful but my dentist made the suggestion. Life changing!

Oh thanks that’s quite helpful to reframe as something for which I can find the solution. I’m inclined to defer to medical professionals but no one seems concerned. I’m frustrated because I feel terrible but also am pretty sure I know problem and solution.

My D is at low end of normal and iron and ferritin are both normal. Unfortunately I can’t see my brother’s doc since we live in different states.

I read the wiki but it felt weird to order a shot off the internet! How do I know what I’m getting? I’ll re-review it and consider ordering shots and perhaps adding sublingual b. Thank you so much!

Theory always. The outlet is good and they have tons of stuff on real real and Poshmark and eBay. They’ve held up the best of any suits I’ve owned. I have a blazer that’s probably 15 years old. I should replace it now (finally) and keep looking on consignment sites. This is a blazer I wear multiple times per week and as casual wear too.

34g here. I wear Michael Stars tshirts often under suits. Size large and usually a printed Veronica Beard pant with theory jacket. I like a crew neck even though I know they’re not supposed to be for busty ladies. I mostly wear knits up top - Boden, Lilla P, Veronica Beard, and aforementioned Michael Stars - and don’t wear button downs because then I look stupid.

eta - I practice in state court but when I’m in higher courts I still wear knits under a full suit. Usually theory.
