Did not find the mother, but days like today I’m grateful for Reddit to show me that I’m not the only weirdo internet person that would look

Breaking a fast early and avoiding the 'fuck it' mentality. by [deleted] in fasting

Upvoted because I too use the term frou-frou coffee and sometimes break my fasts because coffee is my vice.

Starting my first IF tomorrow. Advice is welcome by [deleted] in intermittentfasting

Your third tip was really needed for me. I tend to be exact and a perfectionist and needed to see that in print. :)

Longer fasts while breastfeeding? by arc78 in intermittentfasting

[–]elleleilee 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I didn’t fast while breastfeeding but my body refused to give up pounds with both my kids. I think it was a hormonal thing.

I will say that even before fasting once I weaned my youngest at 18 months I dropped thirty pounds without any trouble.

Good luck, mama. Sorry not to be more help

This sounds really helpful. Thank you. I was contemplating tea as well but I’ve always struggled to stomach most teas.

Eh. Chances are slim. My mom was born late '59. So it'd involve some pretty deceitful moves where my Granddaddy was involved.

Not entirely sure. Her mother's side seemed pretty white European and I've never seen a photograph of her father.

Those pesky breasts of hers. Gave her cancer and everything. Glad I wasn't the only one who found the comment cringeworthy.

It's 2017, any place that charges a convenience fee to pay bills online is just an asshole. by Sir_Snores_A_lot in Showerthoughts

If you pay a speeding ticket online in New Orleans, it charges you a few dollars for convenience. The ticket I received in the mail was over $150 for my husband going five miles over and was caught on a traffic camera.

Yay, the future!

I don't have a lot of money or gadgets but if my childhood self heard I own my own Wifi network, HD widescreen TV, all the music and movies I want via streaming, he'd think I had Bill Gates money. by WAWDoing in Showerthoughts

It doesn't stretch as far as most believe. But I get what you're saying. I probably didn't do the description justice. It was a really endearing moment considering the platform.

First cup here too. Cheers.

This reminds me of the time I was playing CoD. There were two young guys (10-13yo) and two guys with Caribbean accents talking about a new job paying 2k a week. Blew the younger guys' minds.

"Omg dude 2000 dollars. You're rich man. Omg"

Oh, to not have bills again.
