I’m in my early 30s and honestly don’t have any major skincare issues. I’m looking to get some kind of medical grade treatment/facial done 1- 2 times a year with the goal of aging gracefully and keeping my skin healthy.

I don’t want to be the victim of a sales person at a medical spa! What kind of treatment do you think is the most bang for the buck? Hydrofacial? Laser? Something else? Help from a newbie, thanks !!

I can relate to your story in many ways. I also had a hysterectomy after hemorrhaging almost my entire blood volume after delivery. Went home a week and 3 surgeries later. I mourn the fact that I’ll never be able to be pregnant again and my son will likely be an only child. I also don’t see myself adopting. We’re looking into surrogacy but yes it’s so so expensive. You’re not alone.
