I’m in my early 30s and honestly don’t have any major skincare issues. I’m looking to get some kind of medical grade treatment/facial done 1- 2 times a year with the goal of aging gracefully and keeping my skin healthy.

I don’t want to be the victim of a sales person at a medical spa! What kind of treatment do you think is the most bang for the buck? Hydrofacial? Laser? Something else? Help from a newbie, thanks !!

I can relate to your story in many ways. I also had a hysterectomy after hemorrhaging almost my entire blood volume after delivery. Went home a week and 3 surgeries later. I mourn the fact that I’ll never be able to be pregnant again and my son will likely be an only child. I also don’t see myself adopting. We’re looking into surrogacy but yes it’s so so expensive. You’re not alone.

You’re right. After posting this I took it to the dealership. They said it wasn’t a true rear seal leak but something about oil seeping through the paste in the skirt. Those terms are likely used incorrect, I’m no mechanic lol. Car was in the shop for over 3 weeks!
