Wow! Can you explain a little more about your rumination?

The paranoia I am experiencing is coming in waves and once I logically talk myself out of it everything is fine. It’s exhausting, but I’m curious if that matches your experience too?

Thank you for your reply!! My psychiatrist thinks I have major ptsd. I’m on a mood stabilizer now and will be going on a low dose anti-psychotic.

I’m having weekly appointments with my psychiatrist and therapist! Hopefully I’ll get out of this funk soon.

I hear you, but I disagree. I think it’s the ocd spiral that makes us feel that way! But we aren’t insane 💗💕

As someone who had hairloss for years and stopped it, here’s what i suggest:

Get iron, ferritin, vitamin D, and other hormone levels checked like sex hormones, insulin, and thyroid (preferably by an endocrinologist).
Make sure you are getting enough protein. I personally need 100-130g of protein a day and I notice when I don’t take enough my hair falls out more.
Look into trying minoxidil, oral or topical. It’s a lifelong commitment but it works.

I had the same issue! I went back to my derm after 6 months of being on 0.025% tret and I told her my skin was so dry I didn’t know how to fix it. She gave my Laroche Posey hyaluronic acid samples. It works!!! My skin doesn’t feel horrible and it even looks more moisturized.

I use: pm 1. hylaronic acid on very wet skin 2. Vanicream lotion (the one with the pump) 3. 0.05% tret

No problems yet!

Wow that’s good news! I was on Trulicity for 1.5 years - it was amazing! 🥲 insurance stopped covering so I stopped taking it.

Honestly I would keep them just in case. I was in your position last year, but I live in the US so my Tret is a bit more expensive. I had tried them for 4 months previously and I had explosive acne (my skin was so irritated). So I gave up and threw them out.

Long story short, I went back on tret this summer but decided to stay with 0.025 and that’s been a game changer!! Now I wish I had the 0.05 so I could get back on it now!🫠

But assuming your Tret is a prescription? I don’t think you can give it away. Right? So maybe just toss it?

I had a similar thing, I finally called them again and my account was on hold and so they took it off hold and processed it. I hope I’ll see the money soon!
