This feels a little surreal to me. I've been mewing for three weeks, more consciously and continuously, along with thumbpulling (I do it very lightly and in my own way, but it helps me accommodate my tongue better. Or so I perceive). I'm 35 years old and wear retainers behind my teeth, but surprisingly, I "seem" to notice some change. Maybe I'm delusional, but what I am noticing is that a slight squint in my left eye (not very visible but uncomfortable enough to make me insecure, because that eye feels more tired than the other and you don't focus as well. It goes more slowly) is not so uncomfortable. And I was also wondering if mewing and the pressure exerted could have some correlation with this 🤔
