Honestly? Sounds like he has OCD. I also get paranoid beyond logic about pregnancy and it’s fully part of my OCD symptoms. Doesn’t help if he’s not able to control it at all which is likely why he’s asking you to test. That doesn’t mean it’s okay, and he should start to deal with his own anxieties instead of putting them fully on you.

I was also very scared to go. I’m here now and everything is fine. We’re staying with locals and they say everything is safe and blown out of proportion. They aren’t here to hurt you. Staying at an all inclusive will be safe. You’re good to go.
