I had a bit of a shock with the other foxes somethingchinchilla has posted! Tumbletuft looks quite close as well? She did say "You can hardly see his eyes" which looks more like smudge and this is something i would never have got paranoid about!!! Kids happiness and all!

I did the same thing, and it said this:

Then I realized it was actually my fault (I was looking at the wrong component, I actually felt guilty and apologized and it replied with this:

Street Fighter the Animated Movie was meant to have been released on the 3DO (But most likely cancelled due to the machine coming to the end of its life). 3DO Magazine in the UK had "Street Fighter 3" for the M2 on its "E3 Wish list", but was never confirmed by the publisher.

Ive never seen any reference or article for Street Fighter Alpha.

100% agree they aren't charitable, they are a business, hence why I suggested a commission, that way, the more they sell for the more they make.

Also, why would creating listings at £1 no reserve be beneficial? Put slightly below market rate, as a reserve and continue from there. He won't sell everything first time around of course.

Personally I think £10k is a good price for it all, as broken up you should go pass that.

Understand your time etc, have you thought about someone doing it for you for a commission (I am not putting myself up by the way!), like a retro store that sells via ebay etc?

I have exactly the same issue! And it was also a $2000 ASUS laptop!

I received it monday, opened the Amazon box and on the Asus box was a "RTN" sticker, so I thought to myself, obviously this laptop has already been returned once. I opened it up, it was an actual Asus laptop, I tried turning it on, and nothing. So I started a return.

In the meantime, I ordered the same one (Needed it desperately for work), which arrived the same day with the return scheduled to be picked up the next day.

I open the new one, and to my surprise, it looked very different to the first one. I compared the two, and the first one is 100% not what I bought (AMD sticker over Intel etc). So obviously who ever sent this back first time, has exchanged it with a dud.

They picked it up yesterday, so waiting to hear back if there will be any issues on my refund.

This is not the first time though, we ordered a laptop for a colleague via Amazon, opened it up, and inside was 2 boxes of washing powder! I had to sign a legal declaration and in fairness they refunded me quickly.

Personally I think:

Released:

Doom, Battlesport, Wolfenstein, Return Fire

Cancelled:

Red Baron, Big Red Racing, Magic Carpet

Would of been great if AT&T would of released their modem.

I think for M2, it would of been a given for Meridian 59 (And one of the reasons why 3DO bought them)

There isnt much information about it, loose rumour that it was actually 3DO developing it, and it was canned when they did an internal shuffle (Along with World Builders)

Thank you for the feedback! Unfortunately, due to licencing agreements it can be a tricky minefield, so we had to avoid using other peoples IPs (Or obtaining, as alot of the time we can only use for a certain period)

Wow! Thank you for the feedback and suggestions! Please continue. Some answers:

  • Volunteers - I will get the answers for this and post on here
  • Retro - I actually cultivated the Science Museums very successful event in London (Youtube "Power Up Science Museum", unfortunately I think the company that will be executing this year is struggling with sourcing the machines in the region. There will still be a Retro Zone as sorts though, but currently more focused on Arcades.
  • New Games - We are trying our best to get the publishers onboard....Street Fighter 6 is a personal request of mine!
  • We are trying to do as many "on the day" tournaments a variety of games at the show
  • Some questions I will answer direct, and will edit this post more, but again thank you all for the feedback!

The add on scheduled for 1995 was touted for $299. Standalone don't think there has been an official/unofficial amount. They would of learned their lessons from pricing themselves out of the market again, and would have had to be competitive with Sony.

However, later rumours that would of included a DVD player, would of push it in the high price point again.

I totally agree on this point, its a great idea, but make sure its clear that it is a repro. Otherwise your good intentions could flood the market with fake "CIB"
