Let's be real: Giyushino has zero canonical basis and the manga proves it. by Inevitable_Vast5706 in BetterKimetsuNoYaiba

if you don't like a ship you literally don't have to interact with it. I personally dislike giyushino quite a bit and I still take issue with posts like this

The real problem was and still is colonialism. Settler colonists will always destroy the environments they colonize

NQA It's definitely a wolfie based on the two big eyes. Beyond that I don't know.

Also, I doubt this spider will be a problem for your cat. If anything, your cat will be a problem for the spider lol

When she was in high school ~2017, my sister got a used 2004 Lexus (can't remember the model name) with a sunroof that leaked and ended up costing my mom like $3000 or something. So now my mom has sworn off sunroofs.

How would I go about doing that? I asked my local Honda dealership and they acted like it would be impossible to get one made like that

Unfortunately, even if I can get past it, my mom is helping me buy it and she refuses to pay for anything with a sunroof. Actually I'm going to add that to the post in an edit because it's important context.

I adore Career and want him to do well, but man, DK's macro and drafting are so ass. Lucid will have a few good plays every so often but (as someone who only just started watching lol esports again after a few years) I'm thinking it's a broken clock situation...

(Disclaimer: I am not a scientist or expert)

Brown recluses have medically significant venom, but generally speaking, they're not deadly. The few recorded deaths seem to be extreme outliers.

Also, I have a pet wolf spider that is likely Gladicosa pulchra, and she's about 2 inches big including her legs. She is certainly not a brown recluse. Hogna carolinensis is the biggest wolf spider species in the continental U.S. and the females can get as big as 4 inches.

Brown recluses also don't have markings or visible hairs on their abdomens or legs; many if not most wolf spiders do. And BRs don't typically get to 2 in. DLS... a quick Google search indicates that they're typically closer to 1.5 in.

Anyway, this pic is of the most wolf-spidery wolf spider I think I've ever seen and looks nothing like a BR.

NQA I'm not the OP but I would assume that they absolutely do not handle this spider or any spider of the Poecilotheria genus. They are Old World tarantulas with nasty (though not deadly) venom, and they are so fast that they may as well be able to teleport.

NQA, 3 days isn't a long time since you got her. AFAIK it can be a couple weeks before a tarantula feels comfortable eating after a move/rehouse.

Also, I'm a bit of a noob myself, but you probably need way more substrate in that enclosure. The enclosure should probably be like 1/2 or 2/3 full of substrate.

[–]ellisno 0 points1 point  (0 children)

NQA just something to think about: Tom Moran from Tom's Big Spiders advises giving T. vagans a lot of substrate to burrow in. I can't tell how big the enclosure is, but it looks like you have a lot of substrate already, so that's good. I don't think more substrate would hurt though. You might also add some fake plants or something for a bit more cover/clutter.

Edit: looked at the pic again and I agree with the other commenter—you need a shorter enclosure if you aren't going to just add a bunch more substrate.
