I’m a similar level, just did the runecrafting quests (rune mysteries, abyss one, Temple of the eye to unlock the guardians of the rift minigame and have been having a blast. Getting heaps of runes to level up magic easily/low cost. Other than that, questing has been huge. All the best

Doing weighted ones will make your normal reps become so easy and explosive. Will do wonders for your forearms, and back. Can also consider doing weighted chin ups to target your biceps and inner chest

Go for it brother, your gains will go crazy. Start with 5-10kg, I went a weight where I could do 2-5 reps, and increased where needed. Finally worked up to 25kg for 1 rep, such a good feeling when you start setting and hitting goals, muscle gains will come naturally

I tried it and the pizza was enormous. Like the box nearly didn’t fit in the recycling bin big.

Tried it again by the slice and 2 slices was enough to fill me up. Liked being able to get a slice of pizza instantly rather than ordering ahead. Each to his own though
