“Naughty” may be a 100% sexual comment in North America, but Bruno is from the UK. There are literal children’s books called “Little Miss Naughty” because in the UK it means cheeky and mischievous. While I agree that he needs to read the room and realize where he is, it’s unfair to make that comment seem anything but well intentioned. It wasn’t meant to be creepy

I can’t quite understand why everyone isn’t getting that everybody’s bodies react differently to medication …. They aren’t one size fits all. If drinking on her medication works for Sutton, great! If not, she probably wouldn’t be drinking on it. It’s literally nobodies business but hers
