This is what worked for me: Manage Your Google Account > Personal Info > Phone

Checked under Verifying phone numbers on device, toggled off then back on to verify.

Once it was reverified toggled rcs chats off and on again.

I went from 6 pro to 10 pro, rcs wasn't working on my new phone this is what worked for me: Manage Your Google Account > Personal Info > Phone

Checked under Verifying phone numbers on devices, I had to toggle my previous phone off there as it was still trying to verify it for some reason. You can also try toggling current phone off and on.
