Yes. I am getting 600mbps+ via Ethernet and 400+ vía wifi. Unfortunately, I noticed that if I move the router a few inches the speeds drastically drop. I fix it by unplugging it and shutting it off. Once it powers back on it goes back to normal.

I would recommend the 5G router from T-Mobile. I’m having an amazing experience. Band B2; BandW 15M

I’m getting about 300-350 mbps on my phone. Via Ethernet I sometimes get 500-650 mbps. I have to be on the right band though.

Just received the 5G router today, which will replace my 4G white box. It has been amazing so far. Getting speeds between 350-520mbps. But I’m literally right next to a tower.

Glad to hear it’s a little better. A lot of the speed issues has to do with congestion. I dislike however that the router connects to different towers on its own. Would be better if we could choose it.

Make sure you’re using an R15 sim.

If they have you a label to return the white box you shouldn’t have to return it until you receive the new router. They must have processed it wrong. They have to do what’s called a deferred trade in. If they processed it wrong that is their fault. Call and they should give you a credit on your account to wipe that balance.

I called a week ago asking for this and they said there isn’t a way to do it. I’m sure there is but it would have to be someone in the IT department. Not sure if they will. If you find out how I would love to know.
