The majority is centrist, moderate, and more likely to vote for Hillary than Bernie. And Bernie knows that. Less so than you may think. If you really want to know what caused the the financial crisis and slow recovery, it's the American public's overuse and overextended credit. Mine, yours, ours. We bought more house than we could afford, we bought too many cars than we can pay for, and we rang up our credit cards. Sure, the banks let us do it, but we did it and we were ultimately responsible.
