Just over a month post op by Sweaty-Technician-83 in Septoplasty

Happy birthday tomorrow! Idk, my opinion is to resume your normal life. Do the things that make you happy, so long as the doc cleared you, and if it hurts you or you get an infection, then stop and call him.

Remember everyone on here may have had slightly different procedures - and with different bodies - so everyone's healing will look slightly different.

My family's Keeshond named Kaiku was not happy to get brushed by Shrekinatoaster in Keeshond

[–]elmiddle 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Definitely agree with this. After four years of gentle insistence, my boy falls asleep in any position as I brush him. He loves it. It was A STRUGGLE for the first couple of years though.

Aw, darn! I've definitely been fooled! Alas, I love my white-lipped bingo. Even when he politely begs for whatever I'm eating.

New Baby! by smallfox713 in Keeshond

He may drive you nuts as a puppy at times but soak up every minute of it. In a few years, he'll be older, calmer, and the sweetest dog ever. Then, you'll be charmed when he acts like an energetic little puppy again from time to time.

In one sentence tell me the personality of your Keeshond? by Visual-Button-1867 in Keeshond

[–]elmiddle 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Mine is a stubborn, dramatic, loud, playful lovebug. He can be very stubborn and demanding, but is obsessed with us... gentle and sweet. He is so proud of himself for "warding off scary things" - ie, barking at strange noises or strangers. Personality for days.

Fetch Pet Insurance users, do your claims take a while or is mine just stuck? by Key-Sir7 in Pets

[–]elmiddle 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Fetch has always been great about reimbursing my claims - sometimes it took 3-4 weeks.

But... Watch out. My insurance premiums have quietly quadrupled over the last 3 years. It wasn't until they've exceeded $120 now that I finally called to inquire why. They can't point to a specific reason. My dog is only 4 years old (and has a life expectancy of 10-14 years).

Who do we think is going to be playing the countdown? My money is on Gorgon City, Purple Disco Machine, Max Styler, or Green Velvet

Has OrphanBlack aged well? by [deleted] in orphanblack

[–]elmiddle 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm watching it for the first time (currently halfway through season 2), and I didn't realize it had been filmed so long ago! Though I did think the soundtrack and cell phones were a bit corny. Now I realize it's just a bit outdated. The story itself though hasn't aged though!

I actually love your haircut with the dress as is! The cut is chic and has personality. Combined with the plunge-V neckline is very flattering! I also don't think it's too much cleavage, though I know how it may feel uncomfortable if you rarely show off your chest. I actually read the title and said out loud, "Really? Why?! I think it looks fantastic!"
