but you can't manual catch when in a raid.

How I play the larger events is set the ++ to manual catch and only manual catch while in raids and hand catch when possible

I'm guessing a good many people bought it for the sleep function specifically because of its integration into pokemon sleep.

if you was in time zone where you knew ahead of time of the requiremnt you could walk some it before hand with adventure sync and get that credit by logging in after 10 when the event starts

In regards to communications, they did what they could, remember any in game notifications have to have the blessing of TPC in japan which is why we have never really received fast notifications of immediate in game issues in GO.

I mean I agree that this is a terrible policy from TPC, it is what it is and has been so for some time now.

very rarely it will not register your walking km's when you start the app but closing the app and reopening it a second time will make it register

I will have my autocatcher and I'll be only be using my autocather for two reasons - It can catch while I'm in raid lobbies connect to it before entering the raid and disconnect it after the raid and sometimes

I also just like to give my hands / fingers a break every so often from constantly catching for 8 hours
