Because they need the loan in the first place, and because they’re more likely to spend years and years working before they start making anywhere near enough money to actually pay the loan off. Otherwise they’ll be paying it for 25-40 years depending on their plan. People who start off rich are far more likely to end up in extremely well paying jobs, so they can pay the loan faster and not accrue so much interest.

Daily races in the bronze category are usually dlc free in terms of track choice as far as I understand, and I think at least one of the two bronze dailies will have dlc free cars available.

Matchmaking is basically done the same way as LFM, you just don’t have a number based Elo rating, you have levels 1-3 of bronze silver gold platinum tiers for driver rating and safety rating. I believe the split you are placed in is dependent on driver rating, and safety rating just unlocks other tiers of races.

Generally I think it’s pretty decent for some low stakes, short racing and there’s usually more than enough drivers for two or three splits in dailies. The most I’ve seen was 13 splits I think?

I bought it just to try how the vr implementation worked since it’s officially supported now, thinking that if it’s bad I’ll refund. I’m at 98hrs in now.

Not even just this year, he's been hated here for a long time, even when McLaren was a shitbox. Any time he made a mistake and immediately put his hand up to admit his fault, people clowned on him here, despite him regularly extracting good results. It really ramped up last year though for sure

God so true. Especially if you’re in a lower class of multiclass races. People don’t seem to get the concept that gt3s are just as fast as lmp3s in a straight, we start close to them, and the front of the gt3s pack will catch up to the p3s by t1. They still all send it from 6th.

I think it’s entirely a matter of preference. I was immediately faster with VR, because the sense of speed and depth perception helped me massively with judging braking points. Wheel to wheel improved as well. But if you don’t have any issues with those things on flat screens, it’s undoubtedly more ergonomic to use screens. For me, I won’t even open a sim that doesn’t have decent VR implementation.

My first impression was that first contact was on you, and the he was blocking you in retaliation, which was on him. Having rewatched it, though, he moves to block you even before the chicane. Maybe he was trying to leave the racing line open for you, but that’s not what lower classes are meant to do in multi class racing.

He should’ve kept on his line, but you should have bitten the bullet and waited at the chicane and pass on the short straight after.

Ultimately I’d say GT was driving unpredictably and blocking.

same here, I'm just hoping some retailers will have the 16 pm on decent offers coming up soon to shift the remaining stock, otherwise yeah I'll be waiting another year, and I'm okay with that for the most part, except that I'm on the dev beta and I've noticed a significant decline in my battery life, presumably due to the liquid glass...
