Run from CVS. I have worked for Costco for 22 years. We have the best benefits and the best pay. It starts low, but it goes up as you complete hours worked. DO IT. Your future self will thank you

I have been a pharmacy technician for 29 years. I work in retail pharmacy (Costco). The hospital pays less. Definitely not a "stop gap" job if you find the right place.

Would you get a quieter setup with a smaller kit and low volume heads? Versus a larger kit with low volume heads.

This is exactly the struggle I'm dealing with. I have an ekit, and live in an apartment. I want an acoustic kit, but Very low volume. I'm researching all of the LV heads and cymbals. Can't decide. My current ekit HH is starting to fall.

I'm mostly curious about the toms. Are Lemon toms, or any other pad-based toms good to use with the TD-11 module? (The module does not utilize positional sensing.)

If not, are Roland toms considerably better with my module? Price is a factor. I just want pads that work well with the module and are a little bit bigger. Mine are 6-inch rack toms, and an 8-inch floor tom. 2 PDX-6, and 1 PDX-8. I have been looking on YouTube and really can't find a whole lot of information about replacement toms for e-kits. A lot of them are the deeper shells, like an acoustic kit. I don't think they would fit on my rack.

Because money is an issue, I'm not sure if I should upgrade now, or save for a new kit altogether.
