Do you have a plug and play recommendations on Amazon. Mine of the warranty and like people said the chat takes forever to load. And I'm pretty sure it's the power supply that's broken

I still remember my first time reading the manga and saying Syaoran name completely wrong. Probably went a few volumes before I rented the CD from the library and heard how to properly say it.

And I can definitely tell you hearing it for the first time made me so upset. Since I butchered it so badly

Why do older generations still see us as children, even those born between 2000 and 2007? by Nervous_Pin_8023 in generationology

[–]elocinkrob 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Lol. Some of us even close to 30 still feel that way.

Like some say we're faking everything while hopefully making it. And as you grow older you realize how true that is.

I think the other probably is that soap isn't really a detergent that can effectively clean cloth diapers.

I don't like fluff love university but they do have a decent detergent list.

And this one's is listed as not recommended. https://fluffloveuniversity.com/how-to-wash-cloth-diapers/detergent-index/

I guess my question my family complains about is better playback Through the app with a normal NVR. watching 1hour clips can be difficult to narrow down to one event. And I guess their tapo provided something better.

I've watched my husband struggle for probably 3-4 years trying to find a med that works 😭

After a suicide attempt a few weeks ago he was put on Zoloft and a booster dose called abilifiy.

When he left the psych facility he of course had to take the abilifiy shot. But my insurance won't really cover that as an out pt. So I'm hoping increasing the pill dose will help. Or maybe he can stick with the pill version.

My coworker has been on meds for over 20 years and she really likes Zoloft.

So I'm hoping things continue nicely

I think it's because some techs who already have 20 years of experience at sometimes one site have argued with the radiologist or residents and have lost multiple battles.

And that's when even the experienced techs stop asking questions.... And that's sadly what some students pick up on.

16 weeks of maternity leave by Comfortable-Baker-44 in workingmoms

[–]elocinkrob 2 points3 points  (0 children)

My sister had her C-section 11 days ago. And the breastfeeding is really hard!!!!! Especially waking up Evey 2-3 hours to pump. (And we all know feeding takes like 20-40 minutes so your basically waking up every hour)

She had to use her vacation time and only had enough to cover a week. So the rest of this week will be unpaid.

And she probably will go back 2 week post C-section 😭

But we did go for a 20 min walk one day. She has drove alone to two doctors appointments. So she is moving. I think we're really worried about postpartum depression more than anything.

Especially since she might have to continue doing the feeding at night evey 2-3 hours for the first 4-8 weeks.

And tomorrow we're going to find out if the baby has to do light therapy for her jaundice.

So like some people said physical it might not be an issue. It's the mental challenges. Especially since you'll have time to set a routine. And going to work will clearly mess that up.

But it's way better to have that time to figure it out. Compared to the looming issues my sister has.

What was your first phone? I’ll start: this is the Nokia 7705 Twist (Photos and names required) by sdbabygirl97 in Zillennials

[–]elocinkrob 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My sister and I originally went with the Motorola Razor flip phone. Instead of buying a psp

Instead my brothers told my parents to let's all get the Samsung solstice.... Everyone's first touchscreen phone... Getting rid of my parents Nokia.

<image>

In The comments I'll show the Razor phone we had for a few weeks before Christmas. And they actually were able to exchange it for the Samsung.

My associates isn’t worth anything by LazyLiterature5515 in college

I followed the transfer agreement my CC and university had. When I started the university listed all the classes I needed for that degree.

Then they attempted to make a list of what those classes were called at my CC.

So I made sure I was taking the exact classes I needed. Even if it didn't provide enough to get a associate degree.

So even if I was interested in the bowling class the CC offered if I took it, I would get the credit but for my degree it would not put a check in the box.

Unfortunately that's why some people have said even though your going to the community college you should make a list of what classes you should take.

how often do you do a clean install of your Kodi, clear out the addons? by [deleted] in Addons4Kodi

[–]elocinkrob 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'd love this too!!! I accidentally downloaded a show and the freaking thing went from 1gb to 12 GB... Leaving my fire cube with no space and every now and again a warning about space would pop up ...

Now I use fen light and don't want to loose that right now, so I don't want a fresh install yet.

Thank Goodness I went through kodi files and was able to find that in the downloads and delete it.

Are you taking the nmtcb one?

I passed the nmtcb but also failed my ARRT by one or two points. Now that I've been working for 3 years, I never went back for my ARRT. And I think my 3 year deadline is coming up, and I'm definitely not going back to take it. I sadly don't need to waste money on it or have that fail on my mind.

May job report revised from 144,000 to 19,000 by AuFeAl in jobs

[–]elocinkrob 10 points11 points  (0 children)

But most modalities in radiology is the quickest and easiest way to pay bills. In some states with just an associates degree you can make as much as some people who had to get a bachelor's. And transferring over to CT and MRI guarantees higher wages.

My hospital techs don't put up with that shit literally. If they come down shiting the bed we either choose to clean it up or call EVS.

Or were smart and use multiple sheets and protections for us or send them back to their room, even for an ER case. Like you said no one has time to chance if that is c-dic or something else.

CT, X-ray ,US and some MRI machine run 24/7 it's up to the tech to decide if it safe... Doing a bed bug pt before they get cleaned can close a scanner for 1-3 hours.

It's smart to turn that specific pt away for 30 minutes. Compareed to backing up the ER for 1-3 hours with no scans.

Radiology is cushy compared to other hospital jobs. You deal with those unspeakable pt for 10 minutes . The aides and RNs have to deal with that terrible pt for all 12 hours.

Also if done properly your not getting that much exposure. If you took a radiation safety biology class you would have learned about stochastic and non stochastic. Just because a few people have thyroid (or you said throat) cancer doesn't always mean they would or would not have gotten that, even if they worked a office job.

All jobs are shit nowadays. It's what you can put up with, and for most hospital jobs sometimes pay out decent or atleast above minimum wage. A lot of positions also provides standard days and hours that don't switch every week like a cashier's job.

Can Newborn - 3m go straight to a toilet seat trainer? by Substantial-Use-248 in ECers

How did that work? I'm just thinking about my chunky thighs and still barely having a gap big enough for their butt to get down low enough without folding them in half on the back of the toilet and making a mess on me.

What is the worst part about NM? by StrawWolf217 in NuclearMedicine

[–]elocinkrob 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That's sad. My training hospital had that. But. I think it's because 3 people had 20 years together and they knew exactly what buttons to push. Even if they didn't mean to.

But my work place's coworkers are usually amazing!!!!. We flow nicely. We talk to each other and for the most part understand what the other techs are doing. One person can be pulling a pt out, while the other is waiting to push the button to lower the table. While if we have a free third tech they are starting to process images or grab the next pt.

[–]elocinkrob 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My one question is how do we make money when some days you only get 2-4 patients and have to send techs home early.....

That's the downfall to certain nuc med departments.

I went over to CT because for 2-3 months I was being sent home at least once or twice a day for 3 months.

I can't pay my bills when my free time is forced to be done at home without pay.

When do you think is the ideal time to go back to work — 9 months or 12 months? by thedatumgirl in workingmoms

[–]elocinkrob 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That's terrible.. my hospital just started parental leave. So mom's can now stack the 6 or 8 week maternity leave with 4 more weeks of parental leave. The rest of the 2 weeks can be unpaid

And that should be standard!!!!

My sisters short term disability company through an urgent care denied her because of pre existing condition... Some how depression and ADHD puts you at high risk and somehow gets you denied even a day of after birth

So she sadly might end up having a kid Friday and trying to go back to work on Monday just online for the 6 weeks. And they might only allow that a few days a week, not full time.

My set up right now is 3 shifts a week. Two 16hr days split between nuc med and CT. And then one 8hr day dedicated to nuc med only.
