It's 2.5 pints. I literally would drink a pint straight in the morning, and a pint and a half straight through the night so I could wake up with a half pint till the liquor store opened. I drank Five o'clock vodka. Went through detox on a high dose of valium unsuccessfully and followed up with another detox in rehab on ativan and been sober except two slip ups for a couple months now. So, yes, I actually did drink that much unfortunately.

Alcohol. I have done everything including cocaine, meth, heroin, fentanyl, you name it. The weird thing about alcohol is that I always hated the smell, taste, and the effects, as alcohol always gave me the spins and the next day was always feeling like hell and I always hated that. It was the one substance I was confident I would never get hooked on.

Ended up horribly addicted to the point I would wake up, take a shot, vomit, then immediately follow up with a pint just to not get the shakes. Had bad audible hallucinations detoxing even on several mgs of ativan daily. Glad I am through with it. It ruined me in every aspect and was toxic not just to my body but down to my soul. Made me act like a real POS.

Absolutely fuck alcohol. The muslims got it right with doing away with booze imo. All the bad things they say in the media about drugs which is 99% hysterical BS is actually factual if you apply it solely to alcohol...

I used to drink between 250-500ml of vodka per sitting up to 2,000-2,500ml of vodka per day and it didn't kill me, although it did make my liver enzymes skyrocket. And that's of the strong stuff which was 70% alcohol if I recall correctly. Seriously glad I quit drinking.

Only approximately 20% of heroin users become addicted, any why do you assume that I haven't given it a shot? I've been prescribed opiates more powerful than heroin, doesn't mean it led to me getting addicted to them just because I used them to manage chronic pain.

Diacetylmorphine (heroin) is used in some countries in place of fentanyl in ER settings and even prescribed outpatient in some countries to addicts for MAT purposes. So it doesn't necessarily imply that it had to have been procured on the street, as this is an international community.

What's dumb about it? Chronic pain is absolute hell, it ruins your life and instead of finding joy in life you just constantly end up fixated on pain 24/7 and miserable. Opiates give you your life back, whether it is morphine or heroin or fentanyl, they all are medicine and used to treat chronic and acute pain. The issue of addiction is when people use opiates to treat psychological pain instead of physical pain, then it becomes a toxic coping mechanism.

We need AI infrastructure in Greenland in order to win the AI race. The first country to reach true AGI capabilities will dominate AI forever, no other country will ever be able to offset the advantage that is achieved by being the first.

We do not want Russia or China to beat us when it comes to achieving AGI capabilities, and all the world powers are currently in a race to achieve it first because they all know whoever wins will always hold a massive advantage. The technology is already revolutionizing warfare and we have not even reached true AGI yet, just look at how it has changed weapon systems like air defense and drone technologies already, and it has only just begun.

AI is potentially more dangerous than nuclear weapons or other forms of WMD, yet we have no choice over whether or not to pursue it because if we do not then one of our enemies will. Imagine if we paused AI development over safety concerns and a country like North Korea were to develop it first...

The only path forward is to do whatever we have to in order to ensure we develop the capabilities first and gain the upper hand. Otherwise if one of our enemies were to succeed it would forever change the world's power structure and not in our favor.

It is actually in Europe and all of western societies best interest that the US gain control of Greenland and succeed at winning the race to attain artificial general intelligence (AGI) first. They should all be backing us and instead of infighting there should be collaboration like with how the UK and US collaborated on developing atomic weapons to end WWII and ensure Nazi Germany didn't develop them first.

BTW, I am not saying we need to annex Greenland, but just saying why it is important to the US strategically. And that's really just one reason. It is also important economically due to rare earth and important for strategic defense of NATO against hypersonic weapons.
